Hotel/Residence in a good panoramic position and good value for money. The services offered are certainly of reasonable quality and partly reflect the 4-star classification but the rooms and some details are a bit out of place and would require more attention. The presence of 3 swimming pools, one with an attached bar, a good quality panoramic restaurant and a wellness center are certainly a plus, but the rooms and common areas would require an overhaul. In our room, at least, everything was a bit rundown; broken shower cubicle, broken fixtures, broken chairs and table, no mosquito net to protect from the constant invasion of mosquitoes, often dirty children's pool, wifi only present in some areas.... Other things are simply "out of the norm".... such as room doors without panic locks, swimming pools without lifeguards, prices not displayed..... In general, however, the stay was pleasant and in line with the price. The staff is kind and helpful, especially the Maitre d' who is very prepared and capable. It leaves a slight bitterness in the mouth because it really could have been perfect with a little more care. Let's say that everything is very 80s, both in terms of structure and services. Still recommended if you don't have extreme expectations.

From the bad reviews we expected the House of Horrors. All in all, however, our stay was very pleasant. Comfortable rooms in independent houses, cleaned daily with a change of towels (the only flaw is the bathroom without a window or fan), a structure arranged in various terraces and on several floors. We took advantage of the half board with drinks excluded, varied menu with first course, second course, side dish and dessert, based on meat or fish and a rich vegetable buffet. Breakfast over 7 days was most of the time abundant, except for a few midweek days which maybe remain more meager for a moment. It has 3 beautiful and panoramic outdoor pools, one of which is full of bees and wasps, and therefore unusable. We didn't use the indoor one. Tourist tax per person €3.00, cost of water per liter €3.00. Free shuttle service at set times, in the evening no later than 11.30pm.

Hotel arranged on terraces and on every floor a wonder to enjoy. The rooms are very clean and the services are remarkable. The thing that really left us speechless is the quality of the food... the first courses, above all, are a delight for the palate!!! But even more so is the friendliness mixed with professionalism of the restaurant team led by the legendary me'tre Domenico!!! Thanks to all the hotel staff for their welcome. Carla.

A beautiful holiday with my family. Everything perfect, clean rooms, swimming pools with hot and cold water, hydromassage, Turkish bath, delicious cuisine with many dishes from the appetizer buffet, first and second courses both based on seafood and land. Excellent staff from the reception, shuttle drivers always available, bar staff, and above all in the room with the meter and waiters always to satisfy everyone's needs. Congratulations 💯. We will definitely be back

10 days stay in this hotel with breathtaking panoramic views. The hotel is located under the Epomeo ridge with a panoramic view of the bay. Hotel with rooms located on multi-level terraces...they almost look like independent apartments. Spectacular sunsets from the pool terrace!!! Comfortable and spacious rooms (there were 3 of us) certainly a little dated but with small adjustments they could be even more beautiful. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Staff at the pool bar were friendly, young and attentive. Shuttle service from the hotel to the town is very useful and functional, then for the bus departures that allow you to travel around the entire island and the beaches. The driver Tony super courteous and thoughtful. The pride of the stay is the restaurant for half board dinner!! Fresh, quality meat and fish products... themed dinners and spectacular mid-August galas!! A note of thanks to the chef and the dining room manager... a professional!! Thank you very much for the experience. Recommended for its super quiet and panoramic location, far from the crowded center but with an excellent shuttle bus so you don't miss the evenings in the town center
